With a solid background in economics, I have more than 15 years experience working within organizations, mainly in HR functions. I have coached leaders and teams to unlock their potential, learn new skills and find innovative ways to boost their performance. I have helped professionals to take ownership and design their career.
I combine my background in human resources and organizational development, with innovative Agile practices, contributing to the transformation of HR functions into a People Care Experience and I help leaders to co-design and co-create the company they want to be, where talented people are happy to stay and develop.

I like to facilitate collaboration among people, considering their uniqueness the best source of energy. With strong experience in managing a team with P&L responsibility, I combine my good understanding of business strategy and organizations with over 25 years as HR professional within international companies in multiple industries, such as publishing & new media, consultancy, retail, automation systems and pharmaceutical.
As a sparring-partner, I have supported managers and their teams to promote and invest in employee experience to boost their business performance, focusing primarily on designing and implementing effective HR processes and innovative HR practices.
With the same approach, I lead new projects on Diversity, Equality and Inclusion as the Edge Gender Equality Certification, complex due diligence programs as well as leading-edge projects on Change Management for different multinationals.
